I build the context your AI is missing, and the capability your team needs to use it. We pick one real problem in your operation, make AI actually solve it — together with the people who'll run it after I'm gone.
10 years scaling marketplace operations at Uber and iFood — Brazil's largest food-delivery marketplace. An operator who builds, not an AI keynote speaker.
The demo impressed everyone. Six months later, nobody uses it. The model wasn't the problem — nothing was ever wired to a real decision.
Your most valuable information has never touched a database. No AI can use what was never written down.
Systems full, dashboards ready — and decisions still run on gut feel. Stored data isn't context.
The tool is fine. What's missing is repertoire: knowing what to ask, what to trust, what to ignore.
If you recognized your company in any of these, the diagnostic below already gives you a plan. Five minutes, free, no email required to see your result.
Get your diagnosisMake your business explainable to the machine.
I map where the information your problem needs actually lives — including what's currently only in people's heads and chat threads — and structure it so AI finally has something to work with.
Make your team able to use it.
Training built on your company's own cases, not generic examples. The goal isn't to impress anyone. It's that people go back to their desk knowing how to do it.
Show what actually changed.
Metrics agreed on day one, tracked on a live dashboard. You won't have to believe the project worked — you'll see it.
Context without capability becomes a system nobody uses. Capability without context becomes training that doesn't stick. That's why the three ship together — it's the method I've named Clareza.
Describe your problem. Leave with a plan.
Compass is my automated diagnostic. Tell it what AI should be doing for your business and it returns, on the spot: where the real bottleneck is, what you can do in the next 30 days, and what needs more runway.
It's not a readiness quiz and there's no score. It's the first half hour of a consulting engagement — without the consultant, and without the invoice.

One problem, with an owner and a number. Not “let's use AI across the company.”
Where the information lives, what's missing, what needs to talk to what. You get this as a standalone deliverable — if we stop here, you still leave with the map.
The solution is assembled with your team, on your cases. Nobody receives a finished thing they don't understand.
The metrics from week 1 start reporting. From here you decide on evidence: expand, adjust, or stop.
Remote-first, with overlap across US and European business hours (GMT−3). Async-heavy by design — you see progress in writing, not in meetings.
I spent ten years scaling marketplace operations at Uber and iFood, Brazil's largest food-delivery marketplace. At iFood I led a 20+ person strategy and operations org, helped grow the marketplace from R$400M to R$650M in monthly GMV (~4.6 million orders a month), and took one vertical's unit economics from −127 to +9 while growing it 4x.
I'm not an AI researcher. I'm an operator. The difference shows up when the project has to survive contact with the people who'll actually use it.
Along the way I built Clareza — the method on this page — and Compass, the diagnostic you can run right now.

The stress test at the messy end: a business whose entire order flow lived in WhatsApp conversations. Those conversations became live data — order ledger, weekly revenue and receivables report, and an assistant that answers with the business's real context.
Read the full case →The point of showing both: if the method works where information only existed in chat threads, it works where you already have a CRM. The degree of chaos changes; the method doesn't.
Five minutes on Compass and you'll have a read on your case. If it makes sense to keep going, we talk.
No commitment. If I'm not the right person for your problem, I'll say so on the call.
